Tea Brewing
HungCha Crown's tea not only represents a treat for the taste buds but also serves as a vessel that engages all the senses. Each cup tells a story, a slice of time.

Hot Brew (Loose Leaf Tea)
- Prepare Tea Utensils
- Choose a suitable teapot (preferably clay for optimal flavor), tea cups, and strainer.
- Boil water and let it cool slightly to the appropriate temperature (see Step 4).
2. Warm the Teapot and Cups Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water to maintain temperature.
3. Add Tea Leaves Place a suitable amount of tea leaves (approximately 3-5 grams per 200ml of water) into the teapot or cups.
4. Brewing Pour hot water into the teapot or cups. Water temperature varies:
- Lightly fermented Oolong: 85-90°C
- Medium to heavily fermented Oolong: 90-95°C
5. Steeping Time
First brew: 50-60 sec
Second brew: 30-40 sec
Third brew: 60 sec
Fourth brew: 60-90 sec
(Note: These times apply only to "ball-shaped tea leaves".)
6. Pouring Tea Pour the tea into cups, filtering out tea leaves.
7. Enjoy Your Tea Taste the tea calmly, savoring its aroma and flavor.

Hot Brew (Teabag, 3g)
1.Prepare Tea Utensils
- Teabag, hot water, cup or thermos.
- Boil water or use water at approximately 90°C-100°C.
2.Brewing
- Place the teabag into the cup or thermos, using about 250-500ml of water depending on personal preference.
- Ensure the teabag is fully immersed in water.
3.Steeping Time:Different teas require different steeping times. Our teas usually need 5-8 minutes.
4.Remove the Teabag:After steeping, remove the teabag to prevent the tea from becoming too strong or bitter.
5.Enjoy Your Tea:Taste the tea calmly, savoring its aroma and flavor. For personal preference, you can brew a second time, extending the steeping time to 8-10 minutes.

- Strain After steeping, filter out the tea leaves and pour the tea into a cup.
