Return and Exchange Policy

We value the experience of every tea lover, so if you have any problems with the product you received, please feel free to contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible. The following are the rules for returns and exchanges:


[Return or Exchange Available] We will provide return or exchange services if you meet the following conditions:

  • Product defect or incorrect shipment (shipping costs paid by us) - Examples: damaged tea set, severely damaged tea packaging, or received product that does not match the order. (Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photos and order details.)
  • Unopened and in good condition (shipping costs are to be paid by you) - the product is still in new, unopened condition (vacuum packaging is intact and not damaged), and the return request is made within 7 days of arrival.

*Please record the entire process before unpacking. Be careful not to cut the product with a knife when unpacking.

*Once the tea leaves have been opened, cut or consumed, they cannot be returned.

  • The tea has been opened, cut, consumed, or deteriorated due to improper storage.
  • More than 7 days of appreciation period.
  • Issues not related to the purchased product itself (e.g., personal taste not matching).
  • The returned merchandise has an odor, is damaged, is missing parts, or is not in its original packaging.

  • Order number
  • Problem Description
  • Product photos (e.g. damaged, wrong product, etc.)

After confirmation by customer service, we will provide a return method or arrange for exchange/refund.

*If the problem is with the product itself, we will cover the shipping costs; if the return is for personal reasons, you will need to bear the return shipping costs yourself.


 Refund Method: If the return conditions are met, we will process a refund within 3-7 business days after receiving the returned product. The refund method will be based on the original payment method (e.g. credit card refund/bank transfer refund).


Sustainable reminder: We are committed to environmentally friendly packaging and the spirit of cherishing things. If the packaging box you receive is in good condition, you are welcome to reuse it or recycle it to make the beauty of tea more sustainable.
